Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 2 cups Bisquick mix

Instructions

  1. Sift 2 cups Bisquick mix into a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour in 1/2 pint of whipping cream.
  3. Stir until the mixture is blended and forms a dough.
  4. Flour a surface or use wax paper to pour the dough onto.
  5. Dust flour on the dough to prevent sticking and make it manageable.
  6. Shape the dough into biscuits using floured hands or a cutter.
  7. Spray a flat cookie sheet with Pam or use shortening to grease it.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
