Ingredients

  • 6 bacon slices
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 oz. linguine, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomato halves
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp.
  2. Drain bacon, reserving 2 tablespoons of bacon fat.
  3. Saute broccoli florets and chopped onion in the reserved bacon fat until tender.
  4. Crumble cooked bacon and add it to the vegetables.
  5. Add cooked and drained linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
  6. Mix lightly and serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
