Tips & Substitutions

For added flavor, consider sautéing garlic or onions with the vegetables. You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for the hamburger for a lighter option. If you're short on time, use store-bought marinara sauce instead of making the meat sauce from scratch. Explore Italian recipes to find delicious variations of this dish.

Serving Suggestions

Serve these lasagna rolls with a side salad for a fresh contrast. Garlic bread or a warm baguette pairs beautifully with this dish. Drizzle with additional V-8 juice for a nice touch. For a heartier meal, consider serving alongside Jimmy'S Spaghetti for a delightful Italian feast.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until heated through. You can also microwave individual portions for quicker reheating, but be sure to cover them to retain moisture.
