Ingredients

  • 2 lb. stewed beef
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 small can V-8 juice

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the stewed beef. Cook on high heat until it comes to a boil.
  2. Lower the heat to medium and cook the beef for approximately 30 minutes.
  3. Add the canned mixed vegetables, stewed tomatoes, and V-8 juice to the pot.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium.
  5. Cook for approximately 30 minutes, then simmer on low heat until the beef is tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
