Egg Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 slices bread, cut up
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. cooked sausage

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage and drain.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Pour into 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
  4. Let set in refrigerator overnight.
  5. Cover with wax paper.
  6. Bake at 350° the next morning for 45 minutes. You must refrigerate overnight.
