Ingredients

  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 2 tablespoons milk or sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion

Instructions

  1. Chop the hard-cooked eggs finely.
  2. Combine the chopped eggs with mayonnaise, catsup, milk or sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and grated onion.
  3. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
