Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices bread
  • salt and pepper
  • butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Use a drinking glass to cut a hole in the center of each bread slice.
  2. Heat butter or margarine in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place the bread slices in the skillet and cook until lightly toasted.
  4. Crack an egg into each hole and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook until the eggs are set to your liking, then serve.
