Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 dill pickle
  • 1 small onion
  • 6 to 8 Spanish olives

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
  2. Mix cream cheese, salad dressing, chopped eggs, dill pickle pieces, chopped onion, and chopped olives until well combined.
  3. Add a little juice from the pickle to thin the dip if it is too thick.
  4. Serve with crackers or small slices of rye bread.
