Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 cup cooked, cubed ham
  • 1/4 pound Velveeta cheese, sliced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 pint milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cut off the crust and cube the bread.
  2. Layer the bread cubes, cooked ham, and sliced Velveeta cheese in an 8 x 8-inch greased glass baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whip together the eggs, milk, and salt with a spoon.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the layered bread, ham, and cheese.
  5. Top with melted oleo (butter).
  6. Bake in a 325°F oven for 45 minutes.
