Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • Velveeta cheese
  • Town House crackers
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut up one head of cabbage, season as desired, and boil until tender.
  3. Drain cabbage and place in a casserole dish.
  4. Place several pats of butter around the cabbage.
  5. Cut Velveeta cheese into slices and place over the cabbage in the casserole dish.
  6. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
  7. Remove casserole from the oven.
  8. Crush enough Town House crackers to cover the entire casserole.
  9. Melt enough butter to moisten the crushed crackers.
  10. Mix the crushed crackers with the melted butter and cover the casserole.
  11. Return to the oven and bake until the crust is browned.
