  • pecans

Instructions

  1. Beat egg white until stiff.
  2. Add brown sugar and beat until well mixed.
  3. Fold in pecans.
  4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 300°F for 30 minutes.
