Eggnog-Cherry Nut Loaf

Instructions
- In mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Mix egg, eggnog and oil.
- Stir into dry ingredients, mixing well.
- Fold in chopped nuts and cherries.
- Turn into two greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
- Cool in pans 10 minutes.
- Remove from pans, cool on wire rack.
- Makes two loaves.
