Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (unscrambled)
  • 2 slices bread
  • Pam cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Spray Pam in pan.
  2. Turn stove on medium.
  3. Take a mug or cup and put a hole in the middle of the bread slices.
  4. (You may toast the cut-out pieces in the pan or toss.)
  5. Put bread slices in the pan, separately.
  6. Put an egg in each hole.
  7. Flip over every 2 minutes or until done.
