Eight Layer Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) packages black cherry or blackberry Jell-O
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages cherry or raspberry Jell-O
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages lemon or orange Jell-O
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages lime Jell-O
  • 2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Use a 9 x 13-inch glass dish for the salad.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups of boiling water to the first package of Jell-O (black cherry or blackberry).
  3. Stir until dissolved and pour into the dish to set.
  4. Repeat the process with each subsequent flavor, allowing each layer to partially set before adding the next.
  5. Whip the evaporated milk until fluffy and spread over the set Jell-O layers as desired.
  6. Refrigerate until fully chilled and set before serving.
