Eight Layer Jello Salad
A vibrant, layered Jello salad featuring fruity flavors and creamy evaporated milk, perfect for festive gatherings or as a sweet, colorful side dish.

Instructions
- Use a 9 x 13-inch glass dish for the salad.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of boiling water to the first package of Jell-O (black cherry or blackberry).
- Stir until dissolved and pour into the dish to set.
- Repeat the process with each subsequent flavor, allowing each layer to partially set before adding the next.
- Whip the evaporated milk until fluffy and spread over the set Jell-O layers as desired.
- Refrigerate until fully chilled and set before serving.
