Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. small Brussels sprouts
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 scant cup water

Instructions

  1. Cook Brussels sprouts in water, bouillon cube, and soy sauce until about half done.
  2. Drain off the water.
  3. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté until the sprouts are tender and well coated.
  4. Serve immediately.
