Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour

  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Stir the egg in a glass measuring cup.
  2. Fill the same cup up to 1/2 cup with cooking oil.
  3. Fill the cup up to 1 cup with milk.
  4. Combine the liquid mixture with the self-rising flour.
  5. Grease a muffin tin.
  6. Pour the batter into the muffin tin.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
