Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can mild enchilada sauce
  • 1 large bag plain tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat in a skillet.
  2. Drain off the fat.
  3. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and enchilada sauce together with the cooked meat.
  4. Crunch the tortilla chips into pieces.
  5. Mix the chips with the meat and soup mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
  7. Top with cheese slices.
  8. Bake at 350°F for about 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
