Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 can mild enchilada sauce
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • small amount jalapeno or taco sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain ground beef.
  2. Place in large casserole dish. Top with 2 cans mild enchilada sauce.
  3. Top with layer of tortilla chips. Top chips with the soup.
