Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. chili seasoning mix or 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 12 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Brown meat; stir in remaining ingredients except cheese and tortillas.
  2. Simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Place rounded tablespoonfuls of meat sauce and cheese in each tortilla; roll up tightly.
  4. Place seam side down in a 12 x 8-inch dish.
  5. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
  6. Cover and bake 25 minutes at 350°.
