Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breasts, cooked and cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup broth
  • 1/2 cup uncooked Minute rice
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chopped water chestnuts
  • crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except crackers.
  2. Pour the mixture into a buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  3. Spread crushed Ritz crackers on top of the casserole.
  4. Bake at 350°F until bubbly and golden.
