Ingredients

  • 1 lb. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 lb. melted marshmallows
  • juice of 2 oranges
  • 1/2 lb. orange slice candy, cut into small pieces
  • 10 oz. coconut
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 lb. Brazil nuts

Instructions

  1. Place margarine, marshmallows, orange juice, and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan or microwave and heat until marshmallows are melted.
  2. Remove from heat and add vanilla wafer crumbs, then other ingredients such as chopped candied fruit, nuts, and coconut.
  3. Mix well and press into a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
  4. Refrigerate until firm.
  5. May wrap and freeze for up to a year.
