Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can water
  • 2 lb. crawfish
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, tomato sauce, Ro-Tel, and water in a pot.
  2. Add crawfish to the mixture and cook for 20 minutes at low temperature.
  3. Add 1 pound of Velveeta cheese and cook for an additional 10 minutes until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the crawfish cheese mixture over cooked rice and serve with cornbread.
