Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup Yellow Label syrup
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 to 1.5 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix together beaten eggs and sugar.
  2. Add Yellow Label syrup and a dash of salt to the mixture.
  3. Stir in butter (melted) and vanilla flavoring.
  4. Add chopped pecans and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the filling into a Pet Ritz regular pie shell.
  6. Bake at 350°F for approximately 40-45 minutes until the pie is slightly firm in the middle.
