Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • dash pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak bread crumbs in milk in a large bowl, add hamburger, sausage, onions, eggs, salt, pepper & sage.
  2. Combine well.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hr. in an ungreased loaf pan.
  4. If you like, you may cover with the following sauce before baking:
