Ingredients

  • 2 cooked pie shells
  • 1 bowl Cool Whip
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 (7 oz) can coconut
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, and Eagle Brand milk together until well combined.
  2. In the oven, toast the coconut, pecans, and a stick of margarine at 350°F until brown, stirring occasionally.
  3. Heat the caramel topping in the microwave until warm.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared pie shells.
  5. Top with toasted coconut and pecans.
  6. Drizzle with caramel topping before serving.
