- Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with one slightly frozen cookie dough roll.
- Cream together the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, and sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the cookie dough in the pan.
- Cover the mixture with the remaining cookie dough roll.
- Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes until browned.
- Refrigerate before cutting and serving.
