Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese to room temperature.
- Grate the cheese and garlic.
- Mix the grated cheese and garlic together by hand until smooth in consistency.
- Alternatively, this can be done in a food processor.
- Divide the mixture in half.
- Form two rolls or balls with the mixture, whichever you prefer.
- Roll each cheese ball in parsley flakes to coat.
- Refrigerate the cheese balls, but remove them long enough before serving to spread on a cracker.
