- Line 2 baking trays with foil.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan, tomatoes, basil, egg, tomato paste and spring onions. Season. Shape level tablespoonfuls into balls. Arrange on trays then press an olive into each meatball. Chill for 20 mins.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly coat meatballs with oil and bake for 15-20 mins, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with tomato sauce.
