Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can Carnation milk
  • 1 cup water
  • dash of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, Carnation milk, water, and a dash of nutmeg together and beat lightly.
  2. Pour the mixture into custard cups.
  3. Place the cups in a pan of water and bake at 325°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
