No Knead Herb Bread
A flavorful no-knead herb bread with aromatic herbs, perfect for breakfast or as a side. Easy to make with a soft crumb and golden crust.

Instructions
- Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
- Put margarine, sugar, basil, dried parsley, celery salt, chives, and dill weed in a large bowl.
- Pour boiling water over them and stir. Let cool.
- Mix in 1 1/2 cups flour.
- Beat for 1 minute.
- Stir in yeast mixture and eggs.
- Add about 1 3/4 cups flour to make a stiff batter.
- Beat for 1 minute.
- Cover lightly and put in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Grease 2 small or 1 large bread pan.
- Stir down the dough and place it in the prepared pan.
- Bake at 300°F (150°C) for about 1 hour.
