Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sliced bacon, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 c. chopped fully cooked ham
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 10 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1 c. cubed cooked potatoes
  • 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Add ham and onion. Cook and stir until onion is tender. Drain.
