Ingredients

  • 1 lb. flounder (4 or 5 small fillets)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons dried chives

Instructions

  1. Place fish fillets in a 9 or 10-inch glass pie plate.
  2. Pour milk over the fillets.
  3. Dot with butter and season with pepper, garlic salt, lemon juice, and dried chives.
  4. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High for 5 minutes.
