Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can kidney or red beans
  • 16 oz. jar picante sauce
  • 1 box Success rice
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or liquid margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook the Success rice according to package instructions and add butter or liquid margarine after cooking.
  2. Combine the drained beans and picante sauce in a microwave-safe dish.
  3. Microwave the bean mixture for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through.
  4. Serve the rice topped with the heated bean and sauce mixture.
