Ingredients

  • 1 lb. round steak, cut in strips or small pieces
  • 1 sliced bell pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the beef strips in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced bell pepper and chopped onion to the skillet, cook for about 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in chopped tomato and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and any gravy or liquid desired, then simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve the pepper steak over seasoned rice.
