Ingredients

  • 6 oz. extra wide noodles
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. frozen peas
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. diced cooked turkey
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimiento

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, cook the chopped onion and frozen peas in the chicken broth until tender.
  2. Add the condensed cream of chicken soup, diced cooked turkey, and chopped pimiento to the saucepan. Stir well and heat through.
  3. While the sauce is simmering, cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain the noodles.
  4. Serve the turkey mixture over the cooked noodles.
