Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken wings
  • 3/4 c. Pace picante sauce
  • 2/3 c. honey
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. orange juice

Instructions

  1. Cut off and discard wing tips; cut each wing in half at the joint. Place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine 3/4 cup picante sauce, honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, ground ginger, and orange juice in a small bowl; mix well.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken wings. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the wings on a foil-lined 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Additional picante sauce may be added during baking.
  6. Serve the wings warm.
