Ingredients

  • 6 green onions or 2 medium regular onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 3 whole tomatoes or 1 large can
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 large stalk celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Prepare and cut up vegetables suitable for soup.
  2. Using large pot, cover vegetables with water.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Cover; reduce heat, simmering until vegetables are soft.
  5. Try salt, pepper, garlic or bouillon as added flavoring.
