Fatoosh Salad
Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 cucumber, chopped ⓘ
- 3 tomatoes, cut into tiny wedges ⓘ
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley ⓘ
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves ⓘ
- Dressing:
- 1 clove garlic, chopped ⓘ
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil ⓘ
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar ⓘ
- 1 tsp salt ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper ⓘ
- 2 small pitas or 1 large, toasted and torn into pieces ⓘ
Instructions
- Add tomatoes, cucumber, dressing and pita just before serving.
