Ingredients

  • 8 boned, skinned chicken breast halves
  • 8 small pieces cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup salad/sandwich sauce (Durkee)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Stir together the salad/sandwich sauce and cream of chicken soup until well mixed.
  2. Place a small piece of cooked ham on each chicken breast and roll up, securing with a toothpick.
  3. Arrange the rolled chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken breasts.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake in a 350°F oven for 2 hours.
  6. Serve the chicken with rice, and enjoy the flavorful gravy from the sauce.
