Ingredients

  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, and margarine in a saucepan.
  3. Heat until smooth.
  4. Place chicken pieces, skin side up, in a shallow baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Brush with at least half of the glaze.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes, re-glazing halfway through cooking time.
