Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 can green peas
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can celery soup

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole chicken and remove the bones.
  2. Layer the cooked chicken in a baking dish.
  3. Slice the boiled eggs and layer them over the chicken.
  4. Pour green peas over the chicken and eggs.
  5. Pour melted margarine over the peas.
  6. Mix 1 cup Bisquick with 1 cup milk to form a batter.
  7. Pour the batter over the layered ingredients in the dish.
  8. Add 2 cups chicken broth and 1 can celery soup to the dish and mix well.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
