Ingredients

  • 1 bay leaf
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 lb. flounder fillets
  • 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Combine bay leaf, tomato sauce, mustard, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  2. Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes on High.
  3. Arrange fish fillets in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the sauce over the fish and top with seasoned bread crumbs.
  5. Microwave for 5 minutes, then turn the dish and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
