Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. apricot nectar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and beat just until blended.
  2. Pour into a greased 10-inch tube pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, until toothpick comes out clean.
  4. While warm, poke holes in the cake with a toothpick and drizzle half the Lemon Glaze over it.
  5. Turn out of the pan and drizzle the remaining glaze over the top.
