Ingredients

  • 4 cans potatoes (15 to 16 oz.), drained and sliced
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 slices bacon
  • green olives

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon until crisp, then cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, grated cheese, milk, chopped green olives, and bacon pieces in a bowl.
  3. Layer drained and sliced potatoes in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the potatoes.
  5. Repeat layering if necessary to use all ingredients.
  6. Bake at 250°F (121°C) for 35 to 40 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
