Ingredients

  • 1 lb. smoked cocktail sausage
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
  • brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut bacon into thirds or halves, depending on size.
  3. Wrap each sausage with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Place the bacon-wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Drain pineapple chunks and set aside.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the wrapped sausages.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until bacon is crispy and browned.
  8. Remove from oven and optionally serve with pineapple chunks on the side.
