Ingredients

  • 24 oz. frozen hash brown patties
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 cups half and half milk
  • Parmesan cheese
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Place frozen potato patties in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Heat margarine and milk together until warm.
  3. Pour the milk and margarine mixture over the potatoes; sprinkle with salt.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
  5. Halfway through baking, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and continue baking.
