Ingredients

  • 11 oz. can white whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 medium purple onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine the drained and rinsed white whole kernel corn, chopped green pepper, chopped tomato, chopped purple onion, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the Italian salad dressing and mix well.
  3. Spoon the salad into a bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
  4. Serve with a slotted spoon.
