A vibrant, layered raspberry Jell-O dessert with creamy cheese and yogurt layers, perfect for festive occasions and pleasing berry lovers of all ages.

Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) packages raspberry Jell-O
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 10 oz. frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 6 oz. raspberry yogurt

Instructions

  1. Make 1 package of raspberry Jell-O and let it set until egg white consistency.
  2. Mix in raspberries and pour into a 3-quart serving bowl. Let set completely.
  3. In a separate bowl, soften the cream cheese and mix with sour cream.
  4. Add chopped walnuts to the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the set Jell-O layer.
  6. Make the second package of raspberry Jell-O and let it set until egg white consistency.
  7. Add yogurt to the set Jell-O and whisk well.
  8. Pour the yogurt mixture over the sour cream layer.
  9. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
