Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft.
  2. Add dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, and water.
  3. Mix well with a whisk until blended.
  4. Fold in mint extract.
  5. Spread mixture evenly into piecrust.
  6. In a small bowl, combine Cool Whip Lite and green food coloring.
  7. Spread the whipped mixture evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
