Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 pounds powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and Velveeta cheese in a slow cooker on low, stirring to mix well.
  2. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together. Gradually add to the cheese mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in chopped pecans.
  5. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
  6. Let stand until firm.
  7. Cut into squares.
